Meet the Staff
Greg Kempf, Owner. Greg was born in a small village outside of Flin which is now a part of France. He began his food service career during the Hundred Years' War. Because of his passivism, he opted to be a dish washer under Philip VI, cleaning dishes for his armies. He soon moved up the ranks, becoming cook under Richard the II. After the war he attended several universities, accumulating several B.S. degrees in various fields. "I've never seen a resume with the quantity of B.S. as his" claimed one professor. In the late 17th century he penned and proofed the formula "as the quantity (Q) of information (I) increases, the reliability (R) of that information decreases. While he still dabbles in academia he prefers cooking and spending time with his family and friends.
